It's the day after Halloween and I'll bet you have a lot of leftover candy. I do too! What do you usually do with the leftovers? You can nibble away at it for the next few weeks or drop it off at the office lunchroom, but the best way to use it up is to chop it up and make cookies! That's just what I did today and they are so good--chewy in the center, crunchy on the edges, and a perfect mix of chocolate, nougat and caramel. Prepare to fall in love.
