Hello! I have a new sweater to share today, a preview knit for Brooklyn Tweed, Skeppa by Vibe Ulrik Sondergaard. The pattern is delightful and easy to follow, as are all BT patterns. Nothing is left to chance. The yoke is made by knitting a big cluster stitch. Increases made on the following rows open up the knitted stitches that pop up from the purl background stitches. It's fun to watch the pattern emerge. It hugs the shoulders nicely and then the pattern continues down the center of the sleeve. I made the funnel neck a bit shorter and I would recommend doing that if you have an average size neck. The pattern would be equally as pretty with a crew neck which would be an easy modification. That is on my summer wish list with some pretty cotton from my stash.
